Clan Information

Affiliation: Amatsu

Name: Mizo

Insignia:
Spoiler:

Hitokuse: Hakyoku

Name: Hakyoku
Description: This mysterious Hitokuse originated in perhaps lands far away from Amatsu. It allows the user to literally drain the Ki out of opponents, and heightening theirs – the longer the draining is sustained the more severe the drain is on the target(s). The draining can occur within a 20ft radius. The Hakyoku not only allows the Mizo Clansmen to do this, but, it also allows them to literally shape their opponent’s Ki into a unique, destructive nature of its own. The larger and more complex the shape (which requires a little more time) the more cataclysmic this Hitokuse can be – eviscerating all in its path.

Stages

Beginning Stage;2D: The user is capable of draining Ki and molding it into a basic form of their unique nature, being a 2-dimensional image with lesser destructive power. On the power scale, these techniques are often J-Rank. An explosion coming from a single 2D image may spread out within a 40ft radius.

Middle Stage;3D: The user is capable of draining Ki and molding it into an advanced form of their unique nature, being a 3-dimensional object with greater destructive power. On the power scale, these techniques are often E-Rank. An explosion coming from a single 3D image may spread out within a 100ft radius.

Final Stage; 4D: The user is capable of draining Ki and molding it into a highly complicated form of their unique nature, being a rare 4-dimensional object with cataclysmic power. On the power scale, these techniques are often M-Rank. An explosion coming from a single 4D image may spread out within a 500ft radius.

Drawbacks: For the 2D Stage, the user can only mold up to 8 2D images within an entire thread after spending 2 posts draining his/her target(s). For the 3D Stage, the user can only mold up to 2 objects in a thread, after spending 3 posts draining his/her target(s). For the 4D Stage, the user can only mold up to 1 object in a thread, and it requires 5 of the user’s posts for draining to successfully use this technique. After this technique has been used a total of 5 times by the user, it cannot be used again. [red]NOTE![/red] The Draining process doesn’t have to be your character standing around! The draining process could work steadily throughout the battle; just make it noticeable that you’re in fact draining the target, or target’s Ki.

Age: Approximately 350

Head of Household: Mizo Tsuyoi; a grown man with thick, spiky blonde hair that stretches down to his ears. He has striking blue eyes and is often always seen smiling happily. He treats the rest of his Clan respectfully, and encourages them to always do their best no matter the odds.

Quantity: Approximately 30

Distinct Features

- Members of the Mizo Clan often have blonde or silver hair.
- As a member of the Clan gets older, dark bags will often appear beneath their eyes.
- Many Clansmen are known for having charismatic personalities, with an attractive smile.
- Members of the Mizo Clan are known to be highly loyal to Amatsu, they are also known to bring a “warm sensation” to people’s hearts within the presence of a Clansman.

Traditions

- The Clansmen of the Mizo Clan are known to be more optimistic.
- The Clansmen’s Hitokuse has a fearful reputation outside of Amatsu.
- The Clan visits Kihaku annually to celebrate where their forefathers had originally settled many years ago.
- The Clansmen are known to be noble, stubborn and/or even reckless.

History: The Mizo Clan originated in Kihaku, or the “Soul Nation”. They were known to have matched the strength and legacy of the Kagetsu Clan – their rival. When one party wanted the Kagetsu Clan to successfully complete a mission or even undertake a battle, the opposing party would often hire the Mizo Clan. The Mizo Clan and Kagetsu Clan constantly clashed with one another. The Mizo Clan’s Hakyoku’s destructiveness matched the perceptiveness of the Kagetsu Clan’s Mangetsume. It wasn’t until after a series of battles, that the two Clans made peace. The Mizo Clan pledged its allegiance to the Emperor, and the Kagetsu Clan decided to follow. Now they served one Lord, and the two Clans [together] founded the first Spirit Academy located in Amatsu. This Spirit Academy would become very well known, and so the Mizo Clan’s “Trinity” can be similarly brought up by the Kagetsu Clan’s “Bloodmoon”.

The Mizo Clan’s “Trinity” is meant to symbolize the unity between Love, Honor and Duty.
